todae had first netball training wif the sec 1s... made them run 2rounds ard the sch they oreadi lik wanna die liaos... den teach them some passings n all.... wells... got 2 or 3 quite good lorhs.. not bad not bad... quite impressed.. but they treated my words as jokes... so i shouted at them... i said sumthg like 5 mins break means 5 mins, not back to netball court 50 pumpings... heng they nv cry... well well.... i very tired arhs....><
